These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of vexnexllc.com and any services purchased from VexNex LLC (“VexNex”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
VexNex provides digital services including WordPress website development, search engine optimization (SEO), logo and brand book design, social media management, AI automation and medical billing services. The exact scope, deliverables and timeline of each project are described on the service page, package description or a written proposal agreed with you.
2. Orders and payment
Prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through our payment partners (Stripe and PayPal). Work begins once payment (or the agreed deposit) has been received and we have the information needed to start. Monthly services are billed in advance and renew until cancelled.
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and any access (such as website logins, hosting or social media accounts) needed to deliver the service. Delays in providing these may extend delivery timelines.
4. Revisions
Design and development packages include the number of revisions stated in the package. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
5. Results
SEO, social media and marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms and competition. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue.
6. Intellectual property
Once payment is complete, ownership of final custom deliverables (such as logos, brand books and website content created for you) transfers to you. Third-party assets such as themes, plugins, fonts and stock images remain subject to their own licenses.
7. Confidentiality
We keep your business information and account access confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed services. For medical billing clients, we handle protected health information in line with applicable law and any agreement signed with you.
8. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VexNex’s total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
