We want you to be happy with your VexNex service. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available.
1. Before work starts
If you cancel an order before we have started work, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of payment.
2. After work has started
Because our services involve time and custom work, refunds after work has started are assessed case by case and may be partial, based on the work already completed.
3. Completed and delivered work
Once a project has been delivered and approved, or final files have been handed over, it is not eligible for a refund.
4. Monthly services
Monthly services (such as SEO or social media management) can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date. Fees already paid for the current month are not refunded.
5. How to request a refund
Email info@vexnexllc.com or use our contact form with your order number and the reason for your request. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
